Why we do what we do
Our mission is to get others to break the barrier that prevents them from speaking in public convincingly, without fear and with the satisfaction of having succeeded in the presentation, so that they shine in their personal and professional lives. We can all stand out more if we express in public everything we are capable of expressing.

Javier Bernad
Javier holds a PhD in Communication and a master's degree in Corporate Communication from Universidad Complutense, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Law from ICADE, E-3. In addition, he is a diving instructor certified by PADI Australia. Javier trains the speakers at TEDx Cibeles, in Madrid, since 2011.
Javier Bernad is an adjunct professor of Communication at Instituto de Empresa Business School, since 2011. Before launching Speak & Span, Javier was managing director of MediaCom España, one of the largest worldwide advertising media planning agencies, part of the WPP group. He was previously managing director of MEC (now Wavemaker), an advertising media planning agency owned by the same group, and has held other management positions at FMCG companies like Procter & Gamble and BAT.
Our programs reach international leaders in countries like France, Germany, the United States, and Norway. In Saudi Arabia, we have proudly partnered with organizations including ITFC and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, supporting executives in their communication goals as part of Vision 2030.
